Gift Card Terms & Conditions
Issued by ASBC LLC (operating under the iSpace brand)
Currently in effect.
These Terms & Conditions (“Policy”) govern the purchase, ownership, and use of iSpace Gift Cards (“Gift Card(s)”) issued and managed by ASBC LLC, operating under the iSpace brand in Georgia (“ASBC”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
Gift Cards may be purchased and redeemed both online at ispace.ge and in official iSpace retail stores across Georgia.
By purchasing, receiving, or using a Gift Card, you (“you”, “customer”, “holder”) agree to comply with this Policy.
1. Definitions
- Gift Card — a prepaid physical or digital card issued by ASBC, redeemable toward eligible purchases of products sold by iSpace.</li
- Holder — the person who possesses or redeems the Gift Card.
- Activation Date — the date the Gift Card becomes active after payment confirmation.
- Balance — the remaining stored value on the Gift Card.
- Expiration Date — the date after which the Gift Card can no longer be used.
2. Purchase & Activation
- Gift Cards may be purchased:
- Online, through ispace.ge; or
- In-store, at any official iSpace retail location in Georgia.
- A Gift Card becomes active once payment is received and confirmed by ASBC.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, in full or in part, except as required by Georgian law.
- Available denominations are displayed online and in-store.
- Gift Card purchases do not qualify for discounts, loyalty points, or promotions unless expressly stated.
3. Redemption & Use
- Gift Cards may be redeemed:
- Online, by entering the card code at checkout; or
- In-store, by presenting the physical or digital Gift Card at the register.
- Gift Cards are valid for a single transaction only. Any unused remainder is forfeited after redemption.
- If the purchase amount exceeds the Gift Card value, the balance must be paid using another accepted method.
- Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or excluded services (e.g., repairs, subscriptions, or third-party services) unless expressly permitted.
- Gift Cards cannot be combined with other coupons, vouchers, or discounts unless approved by ASBC.
- Once applied to a purchase, a Gift Card cannot be reissued, transferred, or refunded.
4. Validity Period & Expiration
- Each Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the Activation Date.
- After expiration, any unused balance is cancelled and the Gift Card becomes invalid.
- The validity period cannot be extended or renewed.
- The holder is responsible for tracking the expiration date.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Gift Cards
- Treat your Gift Card like cash. ASBC is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use.
- A replacement may be issued only at ASBC’s sole discretion upon proof of purchase and verification of the card code.
- Replacements are not guaranteed and may be refused if fraud or misuse is suspected.
6. Fraud, Abuse & Misuse
- ASBC reserves the right to refuse, deactivate, or cancel any Gift Card obtained or used fraudulently or unlawfully.
- Unauthorized resale, duplication, or alteration of a Gift Card renders it void.
- ASBC may require proof of identity or purchase before honoring a Gift Card.
7. Modifications & Suspension
- ASBC may amend, suspend, or terminate the Gift Card program or this Policy at any time in accordance with Georgian law.
- Changes do not affect Gift Cards already issued unless required by law.
- Temporary suspension may occur for technical or operational reasons.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Georgia.
This Policy is drafted in accordance with the Civil Code of Georgia and the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection.
