Open box

1. What is an Open Box product?

These are genuine Apple devices that are fully operational but have been previously unboxed. They fall into two main categories:

• • Demo units: Devices displayed in-store for demonstration purposes. They have minimal wear and are in excellent condition.
• • Returned / Refurbished devices: Products returned for technical reasons, which are then repaired and tested by Apple experts before resale.

You get genuine Apple quality — just at a better price.

2. Do Open Box products come with a warranty?

Yes, depending on the type of device:

• • Demo units: Include a 3-month warranty. (Any defects are typically caught during in-store display, ensuring only fully functional demo devices are offered for sale.)
• • Refurbished devices: Include a 6-month warranty (or up to 2 years for items with minor cosmetic damage).

Typically, the warranty starts from the activation date. If the remaining official Apple warranty is under 3 months or has expired, iSpace provides an additional in-house warranty of up to 3 months, so you stay protected.

3. Can I get an Open Box device repaired for free?

Yes. If the device is within its warranty period and meets the warranty terms, it will be repaired free of charge. If the warranty has expired or the issue falls outside warranty coverage, repair fees will be determined by an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

4. How can I tell if it’s a demo or returned device?

Check the model number (part number) on the box or under Settings > General > About:

• • Demo units: Model numbers start with digit 3.
• • Returned devices: Model numbers start with any other letter or digit.

Our team is also happy to assist you with specific details about any device.

5. What’s included in the Open Box package?

• • Original box (or an official service box if the original is unavailable)
• • Standard accessories (charging cable, and power adapter if originally included)
• • Official documentation
• • Purchase receipt (fiscal check)

6. Can I return or exchange an Open Box item?

No, Open Box purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

7. Are iSpace promotions valid on Open Box products? Can I use bonuses or get installment plans?

Yes, Open Box products are eligible for:

• • Cashback offers
• • Bonus point redemptions
• • Installment plans
• • Selected promotional discounts
