After submitting the application, a QR code with a link to the diagnostic app will appear. Download it in advance to save time installing it in the store and speed up the transaction. All further actions in the app will be handled by our store manager. After submitting the online application, our specialist will contact you. They will explain the trade-in conditions, required documents, and the evaluation process. They will also reserve your future purchase in the store. You can opt out of the call, and all necessary information will be sent to your email.

Bring your device for instant diagnostics at any i-Store location.

The device must be in working condition (able to turn on), without significant body and screen damage, and no signs of liquid contact. If the device meets these requirements, we will perform diagnostics to determine its final value. This will take no more than 5 minutes. During the evaluation, we consider chips, damages, and check the documents.

Use the estimated value towards purchasing a new device.

All your devices traded in can be collectively used for your purchase. You decide what to buy, with no restrictions on the assortment. The remaining amount can be paid by card, cash, or financed through an installment plan or credit.
