Terms and Conditions of Use

1. 'ASBC' LLC (Registration Number: 402083311) reserves the right to modify the site content in accordance with legislative changes and internal policies. Users of the site agree to these changes unconditionally.

2. Upon registering on the site, users grant 'ASBC' LLC the right to contact them electronically, providing relevant information based on company activities and user needs.

3. Trademarks 'iSpace' and 'iSupport' are the exclusive property of 'ASBC' LLC (Registration Number: 402083311). Unauthorized use on other sites, meta tags, print media, or any information space is prohibited without prior written agreement with the company.

4. Products are available both in-store and online simultaneously. Please be aware that adding a product to your online cart does not guarantee its availability, as it may be sold in-store. 'iSpace' will notify you during the ordering process.

5. In the event of a transaction refusal, you will receive immediate information explaining the reason for the refusal.

6. The company is committed to promptly processing and delivering orders to customers.

7. Users must not accept shipments with damaged packaging from the transport company and must promptly inform 'ASBC' LLC via email (info@ispace.ge) or contact the information service at (+995) 322 23 53 23. Claims related to external appearance or product composition will not be considered once the shipment is accepted. Customers are responsible for inspecting packaging before signing relevant documentation.

8. Returns for online purchases are governed by the Georgian 'Consumer Rights' law. Customers have the right to return items purchased online within 14 calendar days from June 1, 2022, provided the item is in its original condition with all accessories and the box, and has not been activated. This condition does not apply to products below 30 GEL.

9. Items with technical damage/factory faults will be returned/exchanged according to warranty terms, provided electronically and given after purchase.

10. After inspecting returned goods, 'ASBC' LLC will replace them or refund within 10 days to the original payment account, with only the item value refunded.

11. In case of manufacturing defects, 'ASBC' LLC covers return costs; otherwise, customers must bear the expenses.

12. Users must submit a return request via the call center, private message on social networks, or email to info@ispace.ge. Items must be returned within 7 days after notification as specified in clause 8.

13. Users are responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. The company is not liable for unauthorized use and must be notified promptly for appropriate measures.

14. User registration confirms acknowledgment and agreement to the terms and conditions outlined above, applying to the relationship between the user and 'ASBC' LLC.


iSpace uses the standard procedure of log files. Like other websites, iSpace uses Cookies. Log files and Cookies are used to store information about user behavior and to improve the service quality. Following data is generated and collected through log files and Cookies:
