Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers and provide a high standard of service
Receive defective products and manage the service process
Advise customers on product usage and functionality
Sell spare parts and accessories
Ensure compliance with established procedures and service standards
Coordinate with technical departments
Work with Apple and 1C systems
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Proficiency in Georgian and English (minimum B2 level)
💰 Competitive Compensation & Bonus System
Fixed salary: From GEL 1,351
Probationary period: 6 months
Bonus eligibility: Bonuses may be earned during the probationary period, based on individual performance and results
After the probationary period: The fixed salary increases to GEL 1,615, with an additional performance-based bonus system linked to service sales results
