B2C E-commerce Sales Manager

Key Functional Responsibilities

✓ Drive the sales performance, growth, and overall strategy of the e-commerce platform to meet and exceed profitability goals.

✓ Serve as the primary digital point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional, first-line support by managing incoming chats across various social media platforms and answering hotline calls.

✓ Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by providing timely resolutions to inquiries and building strong customer relationships.

✓ Manage and optimize online promotional campaigns.

✓ Analyze customer shopping trends and behaviors to support assortment selection and identify market gaps.

✓ Grow customer acquisition and enhance profitability through our online sales channels.

✓ Work closely with the demand planning team to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience in a similar E-commerce or digital sales role

• Solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks and infrastructure

• Self-starter mentality with a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• High level of attention to detail and strong strategic thinking with a customer-centric orientation

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Highly self-motivated, collaborative, adaptable, and a critical thinker

Language Requirements:

• Georgian — Fluent

• English — B2 Level

• Work Format: Hybrid

• Working Hours: 5 days a week (2 days off), operating in 2 shifts:

• Salary: 1739 GEL Gross + Job Quality Bonus (dependent on the successful completion of your KPI tasks)
