Online Sales Manager

Apple Premium Resellers Team in Georgia, ASBC | iSpace invites you to participate in the competition for the vacancy of Online Sales Manager in the E-Commerce Department.

Functional responsibilities:

  • Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform

  • Managing and executing promotional campaigns

  • Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps

  • Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments

  • Working closely with demand planning and team to ensure smooth order fulfillment

  • Grow customer acquisition and profitability through our online sales channel.

  • Drive performance and strategy for online sales, proactively leading initiatives to meet sales and profitability goals, correct any shortfalls, and act on opportunities to exceed targets.

Education:

  • University diploma is required.

  • Certificates in sales will be preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role

  • Solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks

  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment

  • High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

  • Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation

  • Skilled in MS Office, including advanced Excel skills

  • Strong written and oral communications skills
