Job Purpose: The B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies tailored mainly to the B2B audience. This role involves crafting and disseminating compelling content, managing digital campaigns, organizing events, and utilizing various marketing channels and strategies to engage and influence the audience. The manager will play a key role in driving lead generation and customer acquisition within the B2B sector.Functional Responsibilities:
Conducting market research to understand the needs, preferences, and trends within the B2B space, providing insights to shape marketing strategies and product positioning.
Creating annual and quarterly marketing plans that integrate with the sales and distribution strategy for Brand Enterprise products.
Development and management of the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve B2B sales objectives.
Monitoring expenditures and ROI to ensure cost-effectiveness in marketing activities.
Launching digital marketing campaigns and measuring their performance and making data-driven adjustments.
Executing comprehensive marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads from resellers, utilizing digital channels such as targeted advertising, email campaigns, social media, search engine marketing and content marketing, with a focus on lead generation and brand awareness within the B2B space.
Regular interaction with partners, influential individuals, and other key stakeholders to strengthen the company’s position in the industry.
Organizing and participating in marketing activities (i.e. organising interviews, events and preparing press kits etc.)
Creation of engaging content tailored for the B2B audience, showcasing the features, benefits, and use cases of Premium Brand Enterprise products and solutions for resellers (i.e. press releases, articles, blogs etc.).
Provide training and support for resellers on digital marketing tools and strategies, empowering them to effectively market Brand Enterprise products and solutions within their target markets.
Preparing monthly and quarterly reporting internally and for vendors.
Our expectations:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in B2B marketing management, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Proficiency in English.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies
Knowledge of digital marketing, and content creation.
Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
Ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Excellent project management and team leadership skills. Practical experience of organizing and conducting marketing activities (with the presence of real-world examples to prove their feasibility and effectiveness)
