Key functions:
Participation in the development of a strategy for the promotion of the company, products, services;
Analysis of the market, competitors by secondary sources and determination of retail development directions;
Assortment analysis and repositioning of the company;
Analysis, tracking, forecasting of sales during the promotion (or their absence);
Development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy for promotion in retail;
Planning of promotional activities, conducting, monitoring and analysis of effectiveness;
Building the effective work of the marketing department;
Comprehensive promotion of the loyalty program;
Formation of a strategy for the value of APR and its implementation;
Development of a strategy to attract traffic to stores, increase the check and its depth;
Planning a co-marketing strategy and interaction with large brands, conducting, monitoring and analyzing effectiveness.
Qualification and skills:
At least 5 years of experience in marketing;
At least 3 years of experience in the field of management;
Strategic and analytical skills – the ability to build a strategy, implement new tools, collect and analyze data;
Knowledge of the business and advertising market;
Presentation, negotiation and argumentation skills;
Higher education.
