iSpace | Video Monitoring Specialist

iSpace | Apple Premium Partner is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and responsible team member to join our team as a Video Monitoring Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct real-time video monitoring of the company’s stores;

• Monitor and analyze CCTV footage in detail;

• Identify potential risks and irregularities during the monitoring process and promptly inform the relevant responsible personnel;

• Detect and respond promptly to any violations or incidents;

• Monitor employees’ work performance in accordance with the company’s internal policies and service standards;

• Prepare periodic reports based on monitoring results;

• Conduct periodic internal audits of stores based on established checklists.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a similar position;

• Education: Higher education is preferred;

• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the service or retail sector will be considered a strong advantage.

• Logical and analytical thinking;

• A high sense of responsibility and effective time-management skills.
