Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and provide a high standard of service

• Receive defective products and manage the service process

• Advise customers on product usage and functionality

• Sell spare parts and accessories

• Ensure compliance with established procedures and service standards

• Coordinate with technical departments

• Work with Apple and 1C systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service

• Strong organizational skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Proficiency in Georgian and English (minimum B2 level)

💰 Competitive Compensation & Bonus System

• Fixed salary: From GEL 1,351

• Probationary period: 6 months

• Bonus eligibility: Bonuses may be earned during the probationary period, based on individual performance and results

• After the probationary period: The fixed salary increases to GEL 1,615, with an additional performance-based bonus system linked to service sales results
