Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical service for incoming devices in accordance with Apple's established standards
• Register, monitor, and report on incoming and outgoing devices
• Monitor service timelines and ensure compliance with established deadlines
• Participate in the development and implementation of IT services
What We Are Looking For
• Previous experience working in a service center will be considered an advantage
• Technical education; final-year students may also be considered
• Experience repairing Apple devices is desirable
• English proficiency at a minimum B1 level is required
Compensation & Benefits
• Fixed salary: GEL 1,900 Gross
• Probationary period: 6 months
• Opportunity for a salary increase upon successful completion of the probationary period
• Opportunity to earn a bonus during the probationary period, based on individual performance and completed non-warranty services
Working Schedule
Rotating schedule:
• 10:00–19:00
• 12:00–21:00
2 days off per week
