Key functions:

Implementation of a personal sales plan, demonstration of sales standards for store emplovees Fulfilment of the sales plan (by income, by group) of the store
Customer Conflict Resolution, Work with complaints
Development of the list of store services
Participation in the planning of marketing campaigns
Balance control and ordering of goods, Work with old stock, Assortment development, Compliance with planograms in the store
Cash discipline control
Participation in the inventory process
Control of goods acceptance and shipment
Interaction with related departments (marketing, procurement, HR, accounting)

Qualification and skills:

Prior experience as a Store Manager
Knowledge of sales standards, communication with the client, cash discipline, experience in working with personnel
Fluent in English is a MUST
