Key functions:

• Implementation of a personal sales plan, demonstration of sales standards for store emplovees Fulfilment of the sales plan (by income, by group) of the store

• Customer Conflict Resolution, Work with complaints

• Development of the list of store services

• Participation in the planning of marketing campaigns

• Balance control and ordering of goods, Work with old stock, Assortment development, Compliance with planograms in the store

• Cash discipline control

• Participation in the inventory process

• Control of goods acceptance and shipment

• Interaction with related departments (marketing, procurement, HR, accounting)

Qualification and skills:

• Prior experience as a Store Manager

• Knowledge of sales standards, communication with the client, cash discipline, experience in working with personnel

• Fluent in English is a MUST
